Spinach & Feta Cheese Pie
This delectable vegetable spread is made with Florina Peppers (PDO), roasted together with eggplant. It can be eaten as a healthy dip, used as a classic pasta sauce, served as a condiment with grilled fish and meats, added to a sandwich, or just slathered on a cracker with a drizzle of olive oil and some feta cheese.
INGREDIENTS: Roasted Florina red pepper, roasted eggplant, roasted tomato, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt. Product of organic farming, pasteurised without preservatives.
